Refund and Exchanges

Paper Glitter takes great pride in our customer service to you.  It is our primary goal that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have an issue with any of our delivered tangible goods (there is no exchange or refunds on digital files), please contact us within 7-14 days of receipt.  We will gladly issue an exchange or a store credit on all unused and returned items.  Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges and these are not refundable by the seller. If you would like an exchange, we will ship you the item at no additional shipping charges to you and you will receive them within 7 to 10 days from the day the item was received.

 

Unfortunately since most of our items are custom made, we do not issue refunds. As always, you are more than welcome to ask us any questions before ordering any product. We will be happy to assist you.
